That's Ravi. He's in Classmates and plays one of Siddhu's friends in Bommarillu.
Thanks for the ID, now I can put a name to the face.

Hushpuppy,
You would hate him. He's a boring diva and I've read that he rarely bathes, is a sexist pig, and is mean to puppies. I think "Dhool" was the first movie that I saw him in, and he was rocking the dhoti and tank-top like no other. Really, I mean it! You won't like him, go back to Mahesh and Allu, they're much better!
Aww, Vikram does like puppies!
OK, I'm convinced, he is HOT

I wanted to post a link to the December 09 issue of SouthScope magazine:
http://emag.southscope.in/index.aspx?issue=issue02/
. Starting on page 21, it has a WONDERFUL pictoral listing of all the stylish/popular stars in all four southern industries (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada) from the present all the way back to the black and white age. It's a great representation of the big names of southern cinema for those who are new to it. To read the descriptions, click on the fullscreen button and then click and drag your mouse to zoom in even further. I actually made graphics of all the stars but the forum can't handle so many images at once it seems! If anyone has trouble accessing it I can try to post some of the pictures.
My favorite thing was the pictures and descriptions of the stars from the 50s and 60s which can be so difficult to find any information on for a newbie. I especially enjoyed the Kannada section because I know next to nothing about that industry. The whole feature is excellent because it focuses on the big, popular names and is really accessible for newbs like me! Enjoy!

Are you able to zoom in by dragging your mouse? In any case, I have no objections to posting pics of those two.
To make them bigger, right click --> View Image --> + (click for magnifying glass).

I'm quite sure her first name is Sharbani, and for those who didn't know, she is Rani Mukherjee's cousin.

I have a feeling this has been answered before, but I've searched several times and haven't found it: does anyone know the name of the guy who plays Siddharth's friend in KIKK? Not Venumadhav (I think that's his name -- the short comedian guy?), the tall cute one who meets Tamanna during the first song. My sister wants to know, she says he looks like Prabhas.

I think it's Vijay Samrat.

Thanks dustdevil. This has been bugging me for a while now. He played Maheh Babu's friend in Sainikudu and Pokiri, if I remember correctly. And a small villian role in Pournami.

Anyone know who this is (front)? I also saw him in Desamuduru
I just saw him in Namo Venkatesa, and he's popped up in a few other things. My IMDB cross-referencing is getting me nowhere...

A lot of the pictures aren't appearing.
Can everyone whose aren't working repost them? Because there are a lot of actors/actresses to get familiar with & being able to scroll through the pics would make it a lot easier.

Didn't know where else to post this one. A video from the 1979 South Indian Filmfare awards. There are quite a few Bollywood biggies there too. The video is narrated by Radhika Sarathkumar who was at that time married to Prathap Pothan, and I believe she also hosted the event. How times and fashions have changes!
