Just squeezing this into this category - we have two movies coming up with Freida Pinto in them, this and Julian Schnabel's Miral.
I am thinking we might like to discuss them.  The castign is "disaporic" and comes from Danny Boyd's having launched her as an actress with Slumdog.

Movie opens this Wed Sept 22 I think.  It's been in festivals and gotten some reviews.  here is one:

It sounds so-so, but I am dying to see Freida.  Also it sounds like something that will engage my attention even if it's not so good, a story about a bunch of messed-up relationships, some of them involving people of grownup age, like Anthony Hopkins.
