I was reading some old posts in a thread and accidentally pressed "Report to moderator". I stopped loading the page after just one second, but I'm not sure I was fast enough. As I couldn't find any thread about accidentally reporting posts in the help board, I created this new topic just to let moderators know that I wasn't abusing the "Report" function nor anything like that.
