OT - problem, reaching Facebook by phone, is it possible?

I wonder if one of you can help with this one too: can anyone find a way for someone to reach a real person in Facebook advertising by telephone? 

Here is the situation -- my friend's kid just confessed to the following:  about a month ago, he used his dad's credit card to place some kind of ad on Facebook, without really knowing what he was doing.  He says it ended up costing much more than he'd thought it would. 

We don't know yet how much it cost -- it could be worse, we think he set a "budget" of $50/day (probably thinking it was $50 total, or less) -- but anyhow, Dad is hoping to see if Facebook will grant him some mercy about the charges and ideally would like to talk to a person.  Of course he'll try with credit card company too, but we know it's likely they'll say -- your kid, your problem.

Anyhow, any ideas?

The first thing is to go online and stop the ad program if it's still running:

Then contact them through their form:

http://www.facebook.com/help/contact.php?show_form=na_adsmanager

Online companies try to avoid phone support, so you'll likely have to start with their contact form.
