This one is definitely worth watching for Babita, and I liked that this was a movie with a fairly strong female protagonist, who is proactive and is the key agent in changing the course of the story. There were a few elements of this that reminded me of "Measure for Measure", and Asha (Babita's character) was reminiscent of a couple of Shakespeare heroines.
The best scene is when Prem Chopra's character goes to America, gets taken to a nightclub, and begins his descent into Western corruption. First, there is the dancing girl (screencaps just don't do justice to how bad her dancing is, but at least she's enthusiastic..)
Then poor Prem gets hit on by another lady at the bar, who eventually gets him drunk.
I kind of doubt that the filmmaker was implying it was a man in drag, but that was my immediate impression:
