and about the look you are waiting for i can't tell.I like many different looks in actresses.It's what you project in those looks.
For example i feel similar to the way you feel about Urmila's change of looks/emotional states she conveys

She may be special with make-up, but I think the "different and original" nature of her beauty is a real example of "less is more". She looked seriously stunning in Asoka, imho, and should wherever possible let her face speak for itself with as little extra "assistance" as possible.

iTS amazing how diverce she can look.  In one picture she looks like she is asian (philippino), then  Latina, then White...basically mixed, and then there are pictures where she looks completely Indian (not usually).  Thats really cool!

The picture that SweetshiriN posted is really something....  it shows the power of makeup (and under eye concealer!). it is incredible how she can go from that to super stunner. maybe all the rest of us lacks is good foundation.

Yeah, very thick foundation that doesn't go transparent once you put it on.  If she does apply her own makeup, she's improved dramatically. I think that other pic was taken in very bad lighting.

I personally love her black eyeliner. If my eyes were not so tiny, I would wear it like her.
